She teaches business owners how to systematically grow their business to create the lifestyle of their dreams. Brooke holds a BS in Education and a Masters in Business Administration. Brooke is an educator in her community and has coordinated a speakers series entitled Business Growth and Wealth Management Strategies with other top professionals to further promote business education. Brooke is also a part of the Small Business Advocacy Group that reports to the Governors Office for the State of California. She addresses real life issues that affect small to mid-size business owners and advocates reform to policies to improve the economic climate for business growth and development. Through her doctorate program, she is proving that companies focused on creating a culture of innovation and execution improve bottom line profits and simultaneously increase employee satisfaction.
